Solder paste printers generally consist of mechanisms for loading the stencil, applying solder paste, imprinting, and transporting circuit boards. The working principle is as follows: First, the circuit board to be printed is fixed onto the printing positioning table. Then, the printer’s left and right squeegees spread the solder paste or red glue onto the corresponding pads through the stencil. The PCB with evenly printed paste is then transferred via a conveyor to the pick-and-place machine for automatic component placement.
