Content: Upon arrival of materials, verify the quantity against the delivery note. Conduct inspections according to relevant standards, such as checking against drawings. Reject and return non-conforming products to the Purchasing Department with an explanation.
Purpose: Ensure the qualification rate of production materials.
Department: Warehouse Department
Content: Qualified products should be promptly stored in the warehouse. Warehouse staff must ensure the quantity in the warehouse matches the actual materials and perform data recording.
Purpose: Ensure no loss or omission of fixed assets in the warehouse.
Materials
Department: Warehouse Department
Content: Based on the production plan from the Production Department, materials are requested from the Warehouse Department.
Purpose: Ensure the Production Department completes production on schedule without material shortages.

Content: Assemble products in an orderly manner according to the production assembly instructions.
Purpose: Ensure compliance with customer delivery deadlines and product quality.
Department: Process Quality Control
Content: Monitor each device according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for process inspection.
Purpose: Ensure the equipment is free from quality defects and obvious flaws.
Department: Quality Inspection Department
Content: Strictly inspect product functions, mechanical performance, appearance, voltage, etc., based on the relevant product inspection SOP.
Purpose: Guarantee equipment production quality
Department: Quality Control Department
Content: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of products according to sales orders.
Purpose: Ensure customers receive satisfactory machines.

Content: Verify accessories based on sales orders and strictly implement the packaging process SOP.
Purpose: Ensure no packaging defects during transportation, allowing customers to receive machines in perfect condition.
